Life Street founder, Paul Flanagan, has over 30 years’ experience in clinical and organisational psychology focused on employees, their workplace and organisation. Paul has played an integral role in the evolution of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), workplace mental health, wellbeing and risk management. Paul has had repeat appointments as President of EAPAA and the Board of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the peak body for psychology in Australia.


Life Street provides two different types of EAP programs, one aligned with a Traditional EAP offering, and our Proactive EAP® which provides a new approach to EAP. Both programs use custom built innovative technologies to engage employees and provide the highest quality counselling and coaching support. We work closely with you to determine the best approach needed to strengthen employee mental health, better support and improve the wellbeing of your employees, while also addressing employee psychosocial risk.
Life Street has built different types of EAP solutions that significantly improves on ‘old style’ EAPs and embeds these into a more impactful program. Our industry innovations have resulted in highly engaging programs that seamlessly integrate our expert people and unique digital systems and services.
