Proactive EAP®
Life Street actively supports mental health and wellbeing and helps manage risk in populations.
We created the Proactive EAP® to address mental health and psychosocial issues, before crisis point, before individuals tend to seek help.
We have combined purpose built, digital experiences with expert professional help, resulting in an employee mental health and wellbeing program that has deeper reach, more impact and better results.
A program that engages employees early, addresses psychosocial risk, and strengthens workplace wellbeing. It's Proactive, preventative and powerful, not waiting on employees in crisis to call.

Our work with Managers, combined with useful wellbeing analytics, means Life Street is the trusted partner for organisations who want to address employee mental health in a meaningful way, not just tick a box

The Proactive EAP®, explained.
What is our Proactive EAP®?
Our prevention-led Employee Assistance Program. It keeps the parts of the traditional model that work and integrates purpose-built digital experiences and services that reach and help more of your people, earlier.
What is included in our Proactive EAP®?
The foundation every strong EAP provides: 24/7 counselling for employees and their immediate family members, manager and HR support, critical incident response and an experienced EAP Program Manager. It then adds a purpose-built digital experience for the whole workforce, prevention and early intervention, and mental wellbeing insights that inform organisational strategy.
How does our Proactive EAP® differ from a traditional EAP?
A traditional EAP waits for an employee to identify a problem and ask for help, usually once it is already serious. Our Proactive EAP® keeps the parts of that model that work and adds a purpose-built digital experience that engages people earlier, so support reaches and helps more of the workforce before crisis point.
Who delivers the counselling?
Senior, experienced practitioners. Every client, from the CEO to a frontline employee, is supported by a senior practitioner. There are no lengthy triage processes and no junior staff standing between an employee and the support they need.
Who does Life Street work with?
Organisations of 300 or more employees in Australia, New Zealand and globally.
